Polar Trader (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what limited data we process when you visit our website or click through to our Telegram community. We do not sell personal data.

1. Who we are

This site is an educational / informational landing page for the Polar Trader research community. Product and trading tooling may be offered via affiliated services (including Polar Tools). Contact for privacy questions: via our Telegram desk linked from the main page.

2. Data we may process

Technical: browser type, device class, approximate country/region (from CDN or network headers), referrer, and page URL.
Campaign tags: UTM parameters, click IDs (e.g. fbclid, gclid) when present in the URL you used.
Advertising cookies / pixels: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Ads tags, and similar measurement tools may set cookies or use local storage to measure ads and site usage.
Join click: when you tap “Enter the research desk”, we may send a join/click event (including campaign tags and locale) to our growth API so we can open the correct Telegram invite and measure conversions.

We do not ask you to submit government ID, payment cards, or passwords on this landing page.

3. Why we process it

Operate and secure the website
Measure advertising performance and prevent fraud / low-quality traffic
Route you to the correct Telegram join flow
Comply with platform policies (including Meta advertising requirements)

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

6. Retention

Event and click logs are kept only as long as needed for analytics, fraud controls, and operational records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or dispute resolution).

Use platform ad settings (Meta / Google) to limit ad personalization
Simply leave the site if you do not wish to join Telegram

8. Children

This site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
